Fermín Ibérico Acorn-Fed Chorizo (large format) is crafted in La Alberca, Salamanca, by the legendary house of Fermín — the first Spanish producer certified to export Ibérico to the United States.

Made from free-range Ibérico pigs finished on acorns during the montanera, seasoned with smoked paprika, garlic and sea salt, then slow-cured in natural casing.
