The Hamoneria Acorn-Fed Chorizo

The Hamoneria Acorn-Fed Chorizo is made from Iberian breed pork finished on acorns in Spain's dehesa pasturelands. Seasoned with authentic smoked pimentón de la Vera, sea salt, garlic, and natural spices, this chorizo is slowly air-dried to develop its characteristic deep red color, firm texture, and rich, smoky flavor. Excellent on a charcuterie board or enjoyed with crusty bread and Manchego cheese.
