Fermín Ibérico Acorn-Fed Chorizo (Chorizo Ibérico de Bellota) is made from acorn-fed Iberian breed pork at Fermín's artisan facility in La Alberca, Salamanca. Seasoned with smoked pimentón de la Vera, white wine, vinegar, garlic, and natural spices, then slowly air-cured to develop its deep red color, firm texture, and rich, smoky-sweet flavor. One of Spain's most celebrated charcuterie products.
