Coppa Bellota is a cured capicola made from the neck of acorn-fed (bellota) Iberian pigs. Expertly trimmed, seasoned with sea salt and natural spices, and slowly air-dried to develop its characteristic deep mahogany color and rich marbling. The acorn-based diet imparts a distinctive nutty sweetness throughout the meat. Thinly sliced, it reveals a buttery, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
