Fermín 100% Ibérico Grain-Fed Lomo is a whole cured pork loin from 100% pure Iberian breed pigs finished on a grain-based diet (cebo). Produced by Fermín in La Alberca, Salamanca, it is seasoned with smoked paprika, sea salt, and spices, then air-dried and cured for three months in natural cellars. Deep red in color with a compact, flavorful profile and the quality that defines the Fermín brand.
