Usisa Mojama de Isla Cristina is an extra-quality air-dried salted tuna, certified under the PGI "Mojama de Isla Cristina." The "Extra" grade comes from the most compact muscle area of the bluefin tuna, resulting in a particularly smooth texture and a less pronounced grain compared to lower grades.

Made exclusively with tuna and sea salt — no colorings, artificial aromas, or chemical preservatives. The traditional curing process involves salting for 24 hours, rinsing, and slow drying in specialized chambers to develop its intense, distinctive Mediterranean flavor.

Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Pairs well with almonds, olive oil, and crusty bread. Product of Spain.
