Blázquez 100% Ibérico Acorn-Fed Ham (Jamón Ibérico de Bellota) is a whole bone-in cured ham from 100% pure Iberian breed pigs fed exclusively on acorns during the montanera season in Extremadura. Produced by Embutidos Blázquez, a family-owned charcutería house with generations of tradition, this ham is air-cured for a minimum of 42 months. Deep mahogany in color with exceptional marbling, complex aroma, and an intense, long-lasting finish.
